As we are driving curve along Tanay, Rizal going to Quezon Province and we are in 60kph speed suddenly the 2011 model Mitsubishi Montero Accerlerarted as I stepped on the brakes and then out of control the Montero Crashed and hitting 2Meralco post and the kilometer post. But the airbar did not Deploy. until now im wandering what happened why does the Montero accelerated that way until I reseached on the Internet and I found out that there are alot of cases of Sudden Acceleration happened. This must be a warning to the Public NOT buy BUY or Ride Mitsubishi Montero because this vehicle is not reliable and might kill you and you Family.

From a parked position, driver shifted to reverse when the Montero roared so loud and accelerated backward hitting an LRT post in 5th Street. After a while and with the intention of keeping the Montero out of the middle of the road, the driver shifted the gear to drive and that’s when the Montero accelerated to about 50-70 kph along 5th street to 3rd street of Rizal Avenue in Caloocan City. The Montero collided with a jeep then hit parked vehicles on the side street, damaging a total of 10 other vehicles. This happened even when the driver was kicking the break pedal! The driver and passenger were injured and were rushed to the hospital because the airbags did not deploy!
